We heavily screen each assistant for proficiency, capabilities and culture to best fit your team and your needs. Each individual must complete a background check, HIPAA awareness and breach training as well as company specific training to ensure they are 100% compliant with your processes.

ONBOARDING

Our onboarding procedure prepares our Virtual Assistants to be up and ready for deployment.

What we provide to our Virtual Assistants:

  • Training sessions for screening/medical questions.
  • Assigning of schedules.
